Join other women from First United Methodist Church Coppell for fun and fellowship, and a time to relax, rest and renew in a beautiful setting overlooking Lake Texoma.  We will begin with dinner on Friday and end after worship on Sunday morning.

  • April 8th-10th, 2011, Prothro Center, Texoma
  • Fee: $145.00 by February 13th, $155.00 by February 14th or later (double or triple occupancy)

Yoga
Uniting mind, body, and soul, yoga is an effective way to relieve stress and to build  strength, stamina, and balance.  Suitable for beginners or those with yoga experience.  This class provides an easy to moderte physical workout and incorporates Christian worship, prayer and quiet time. 

  • Begins September 13th - 10 week sessions (no class October 11th or November 22nd)
  • Mondays, 9:00-10:00 am or 7:30-8:30 pm

Spiritual Direction Group 
Monthly small group that meets to pray together, give gourp members an opportunity to share and listen to how God is working in their lives, and to gain inspiration and support to respond to God's nudgings.

  • Begins October 4th, 1st Mondays, 6:30-8:30 pm
