United Methodist Men of Coppell (formerly Men of Grace) aims to bring men together to connect through community, study and service. During the year, UMM of Coppell sponsors many activities for men, the church family and the surrounding community. UMM Annual Bike Drive
Christmas is fast approaching and United Methodist Men (UMM) is holding their annual bike drive again this year! The drive will benefit the Metrocrest Holiday Store, which serves low-income families in Coppell and surrounding communities. A donation of $100 will provide a bike and helmet for one child.
Ways to Donate:
- Bring a check or pay by credit card at the UMM table in Wesley Hall or
the Ministry Center on Sunday mornings (November 18 & 25, December 2 & 9).
- Bring a check to the church office anytime before December 9.

Annual FUMC Cravens Challenge Golf Tournament
The 24th Annual FUMC Cravens Challenge Golf Tournament was held Sunday, May 6 at Bear Creek Golf Club.
Monday Morning Men’s Study
Share a light breakfast, fellowship and biblical/spiritual study at 6:30 a.m. every Monday morning in the church library. We invite all men to join us as often as you can.
Mid-March through October on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. at Riverchase Golf Club in Coppell. Those interested should contact Rich McGrady at email@example.com or Bob Boyles at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, please do not hesitate to walk-up at 5:30 or later as we will welcome all comers. Check in at the Pro Shop and tell them you are with the “Church Boys”.
For newcomers, the starter will tell you which group is the “Methodist Men” or “Church Boys” … they know who we are!
Metrocrest Social Services Food Bank
UMM is in mission with the Metrocrest Social Services food bank (near Luna south of Belt Line) On one Saturday per month, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 4-5 volunteers stock and sort inventory. Two Saturdays per month 1-2 volunteers pick up fruits and vegetables at the Coppell Community garden and deliver to the food bank. Christ’s Foundry, 2nd Tuesday Every Month
Pick up food from the North Dallas Ministry location and deliver to Christ’s Foundry Church location. Every second Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m. (approximately). The more volunteers, the quicker the process. Volunteer by contacting Jerry Alexander at firstname.lastname@example.org.
